Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your spectacles; if your frames aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, including the case and cleaning cloth.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Frames

  Place the frames securely in their original protective case and packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return to our workshop.
